I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with many cafes, bakeries, and convenience stores nearby. It was also easy to catch taxis right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. The staff, especially Daniel and Maikae, were incredibly helpful and always made sure I was comfortable. The breakfast room next to the hotel was amazing, with friendly staff and delicious food. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

The hotel's restaurants also impressed me with their healthy and delicious food options, especially for vegans. The cleanliness of the rooms and the professional housekeeping service were also standout features of my stay.

While the decoration in the room felt a bit outdated, it did not detract from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the space. There were some minor inconveniences, such as having to pass through metal detectors when entering the property and the noise from room service trays being collected late at night.

Here, I experienced the ultimate luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the service provided was exceptional, with a Spa & wellness centre that offered a wide range of treatments to choose from. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were the perfect combination for relaxation. the beauty treatment and facial were top-notch, allowing me to indulge in my own personal spa treatment. the sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool with sun loungers made for a wonderful outdoor experience, while the leisure/TV room fulfilled all my entertainment needs. the restaurant provided special diet menus, adding to the already amazing room advantage of an in-room breakfast.

The only minor issue that I faced was the overpriced drinks at the pool bar. While the set up was fantastic, the drinks were significantly more expensive than ones available at nearby restaurants, giving the impression that the customer was being taken advantage of.
